1. Do your products contain preservatives? 
No preservatives here! Sabry's products are free from parabens, preservatives, dyes, and synthetic chemicals. We focus on revitalizing the skin through natural herbs, oils, and raw shea butter from Mother Earth.

2. How long do Sabry’s products last?
Sabry's products have an average shelf life of about a year. Please note that our Shea Butter Moisturizers may liquefy if exposed to temperatures above 70 degrees F, but you can easily re-solidify them by refrigerating. Our products are designed to melt into the skin at body temperature (98.7 F). Additionally, since we do not use stabilizers, some of our liquid products may settle at the bottom. Simply shake well before each use.  Lastly, refrigeration can help lengthen the freshness of Sabry's toners and body spritzes.

3. Who can use Sabry’s Products? 
Everyone is welcome to enjoy Sabry's products! Our products are suitable for women, men, teens, and children. We believe in creating skincare solutions for the whole family to enjoy.

4. What is Sabry’s refund policy? 
Our goal is to ship your handmade product quickly. We process all orders within 5 to 7 business days. But try our best to get them out sooner.  During the holidays this time may increase but, we will notify you of any changes.

If your product arrives damaged please email us ASAP so we can get a new item out to you. You have 7 days to report the damaged product. Please see the instructions below on how to return a damaged item.

Please note that all of our Shea Butter Moisturizers will start to break down and liquefy at temperatures above 70 degrees F. If your Shea Butter moisturizer melted in transit, no worries, simply refrigerate to re-solidify.  The butter is designed to melt (blend) into the skin at body temperature (98.7 F). 

Also, because all of our products are natural and we do not use stabilizers,  some of the liquid products may settle to the bottom. Please shake All liquid products well before each use. 

Please note that we will not replace or exchange shea butter moisturizers that have melted due to the weather.
